Hello dolls!
A few days ago I saw a picture on Instagram with a makeup look that I really fell in love with! I'm not 100 % sure who it was but I think it might have been the Swedish fashion blogger Kenza. She had brown/bronze shades on her lids and a hectic sparkly green color on the lower lash line. As I can't find the picture I can't recall what color she had on her lips. As i think it was a nude color I went with a nudish pink.
As I said, that look was fantastic! I wanted to recreate it, but tone it down a notch so it could be easier to wear for everyone. I'm probably going to wear it as intense when I do this look the next time, but I think the way I did it now turned out nice as well.
Pictures and product list below a always.
Wishing you all a beautiful Wednesday!
Before starting with the makeup I prepped my skin with Sensai Silk 10 seconds Awakening Essence. What it does is that it awakens the skin and senses (just as the label says) and provides extra defence against UV rays and external stress. It's also called a "Cinderella cream". The light texture feels really good on the skin, feels fresh and sinks in to the skin quickly.
I just read that it works great as a makeup primer. Nothing that I've heard before thou so I did use a "regular" primer this time. I'm going to try and use it as a primer next time.
Side note: I usually write the products going face > brows > eyes > lips. But I usually start with my eye makeup first so that I don't get fall out on my foundation. It also makes wiping away mistakes much easier
