Makeup Look - Soft touch

Hello beauties, 

Here's a new look for you guys. Just some soft brown shades on the eyes to define them, and I pared it with a nudish pink color in the lips. Any lip color with an eye makeup like this works.

Just for a split second...

Just for a split second? Who am I kidding! For a full 45 minutes I was totally freaking out. I uploaded my last post which was Glossybox March 2015 and as always I went to the blog just to check that it was uploaded ok. It wasn't, nothing was ok. All my pictures were gone, all I saw was a grey circle. 

Checked my phone and iPad - same thing. Called some friends - same thing. I was terrified and in shock and just a bunch of other feelings and thoughts rushing thru my body. 

     Theeen, after calming down I remembered that I had deleted some photos in my Google + app earlier. I don't ever use it and didn't understand why I had pictures there, well now i know. Apparently it's connected with Blogger. 

My friend found some information that there should be a way to restore the pictures. After trying this and restoring 1500+ photos, my blog was up and running again with all pictures back, pew! Thank you friend! 

If you have a blog connected to your Google account DON'T delete photos that appear in Google +. 

Just a little story and tip I wanted to share.

Daytime Glam to nighttime Glam

Hello dolls!

Today I did a more glam daytime look, for a day out in the city with your girlfriends. Now I know that this isn't a look that everyone would feel comfortable to wear, but then you could rock it as a nighttime look if my version of the nighttime look is too much! I've been loving this look for everyday recently, I think it's nice and fresh looking. 

So for changing up the look I didn't do a lot. On the eyes I used a black kohl pencil in my waterline and added a winged liner. All I did with the face was to add a bit more blush and lastly I added a gloss on top of my lipstick. Just a few easy steps to take the look up a notch!

Eye of the day - New from Make Up Store

Hello dolls, 

How gorgeous is Make Up Stores new packaging! I'm really liking them. Slimmer, easier to stack and the best of all, you can pop out the pans, makes it easy to put them in an empty palette if you so wish. 

They also added more products to their line, and new shades to existing. I grabbed two of their new eyeshadows, Splash a reddish-orange color and Rosso Asiago which is a marble  and looks diffrent depending how you pick up the color. The formula is really nice and creamy and they blend nicely.

The Too Faced Chocolate Bar has been one of my favorite palettes since I got it. Today I wanted do to a soft brown smoky eye. I just mixed a bunch of colors from the palette to create this look. Sometimes not having an idea isn't to bad. This look might not be for everyone but I really like it!

Hello beautiful people,  Yes I fell in to the trap of making a look kind of related to the big hype around 50 Shades of Grey. I must admit that I haven't seen the movie yet nor have I read the book. But I guess that will happen as soon as a get a little more time in my schedule!  This is one of my favorite looks. I've worn it so many times and I still enjoy it. It's easy to do and I think it works for both a casual day as a for a night out. You can obviously do this look with any color and also add something extra, whatever you like. Here I'm also wearing Sweed lashes for the second time and I really like them.
