Eye of the day - YSL Autumn 2014

Hello Beauties,

A while back I did a look using the Palette Fétiche from the YSL fall collection. Today I used the same palette, but I tried to tone it down a bit, and just use the pretty teal color as a thick liner. This look can of course be done using any color that you have at home.

Makeup Look - YSL Fétiche Autumn 2014 Makeup

Hello beauties,

YSL makeup packaging are always sleek, beautiful and luxurious, and whenever they come out with a limited edition, the packaging is even more stunning! The packaging on this eyeshadow palette I used today is just that. The back and the sides are in the classic gold, but the lid is made of what feels like faux black leateher, super sleek. When you open the lid there is just more beauty, the colors in this palette are so pretty, highly pigmented and easy to blend, just as you would expect from an YSL product. Even if it's a bit on the pricey side, apx SEK 550, I thought it was worth it.

Obviously there were more things in the fall collection, 2 lip glosses, 2 lipsticks, 2 nail varnishes among other things I retained myself to just getting this one eyeshadow palette. Here's the look I did with it and below the pictures you'll find all the products used as always.

Makeup Look - Soft Eyes Dark Lip

Hello beauties, 

I've probably said this before but here it comes again, I'm more of an eye makeup girl rather then lipstick girl. But every once in a while I like to smack on a dark lip. So today I used this really dark and vampy purple lipstick by Make Up Store and pared it with just a wash of color on the eyes. Would you wear a dark lip like this? 

The lipstick is much darker in real life
